I had a great experience with PCS today. They not only did a fantastic job cleaning my area rug but they also took the time to show me the complete process in their work area. Their team is so friendly and personable. This is definitely the company you want when cleaning your household wall to wall carpets and area rugs.

I had a truly exceptional experience with PCS of Niagara. From the initial point of contact, through the quote process and then the actual cleaning work - everything was well explained and very timely. My rugs looks brand new, and all of the pet stains and odours are GONE! The gentlemen who came to do the work were so professional and polite, aside from the clean rugs you would never have known they were there! I would highly recommend PCS of Niagara and will definitely use them again in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with PCS from the person who did the estimate to the gentleman who came and did the cleaning. We had three dining room chairs and three area rugs cleaned as well as very difficult tile in our en-suite where we tried for months to clean it ourselves and nothing worked. Very happy with the results and would recommend this company!

This is a very professional friendly service with excellent results. Our house is completely carpeted in light beige and we have relied on PCS for twelve years to refresh and rejuvenate our rugs for the holidays. They have never let us down…even the stairs look nearly new. Thank you folks! Our new dog is also very grateful.

Running a health clinic during these difficult times means keeping everything clean and sanitary. PCS Niagara did a wonderful job getting our carpets extra clean so that our patients love coming to a professional looking clinic that is up to date and spotless. Thank you for your prompt service and paying attention to the little details that make a job done right.

Had our sofa and love seat cleaned. Turned out better than expected. They are about 10years old and had it cleaned once before by another company and was not happy. PCS did a great job. Well spent $. Thanks again PCS!
